We skillfully develop the processes, systems and appoint manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property in terms of acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization and disposition.

Our responsibilities include advertising rental property, handling tenant inquiries, screening applicants, selecting suitable candidates, drawing up a lease agreement, conducting a move in inspection, moving the tenant(s) into the property and collecting rental income. Furthermore, coordinate any maintenance issues, supply the owner(s) with financial statements and any relevant information regarding the property.
